1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

<SEOGIS>(“seogisgroup.com” hereinafter referred to as “SEOGIS Website”) processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, prior consent will be sought.

3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

4. Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

Users can exercise the following rights as personal information subjects:

• ① Information subjects can exercise their rights to view, correct, delete, and request the suspension of processing of personal information at any time.
• ② The exercise of rights under Paragraph 1 can be done in writing, by email, or by fax in accordance with Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and SEOGIS will take action without delay.
• ③ The exercise of rights under Paragraph 1 can be done through a legal representative or a delegated person. In this case, a power of attorney must be submitted in accordance with the form of Annex No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act.
• ④ Requests for viewing and suspension of processing of personal information may be restricted under Articles 35, Paragraph 5, and 37, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
• ⑤ Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws.
• ⑥ SEOGIS verifies whether the person making the request for viewing, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing is the information subject or a legitimate representative.

5. Items of Personal Information Processed

6. Destruction of Personal Information

<SEOGIS>(“SEOGIS Website”) will destroy personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved. The procedures, deadlines, and methods of destruction are as follows:

• - Destruction Procedure
  Information entered by the user is transferred to a separate DB (in the case of paper, a separate document) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other related laws, and then destroyed. Personal information transferred to the DB will not be used for other purposes unless required by law.
• - Destruction Deadline
  Personal information of users will be destroyed within 5 days from the end of the retention period, or within 5 days from the date when the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as achieving the purpose of processing personal information, discontinuation of the service, or termination of the business.
• - Destruction Method
  Information in electronic file format is destroyed using technical methods that prevent the recovery of records.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

①This privacy policy is applied from the effective date, and if there are any additions, deletions, or corrections according to laws and policies, they will be notified through announcements 7 days before the implementation of the changes.

8. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information

<SEOGIS>(“SEOGIS Website”) takes the following technical, managerial, and physical measures necessary to ensure safety in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act:

• 1. Establishment and Implementation of an Internal Management Plan
  • An internal management plan is established and implemented for the safe processing of personal information.
• 2. Access Restriction to Personal Information
  • Necessary measures are taken to control access to personal information by granting, changing, and deleting access rights to the database system that processes personal information, and unauthorized access from outside is controlled using an intrusion prevention system.
